A pleasant experience!

I contacted Lunatek because of a couple of problems with my GPX-5000 which I purchased new not long after the launch of the 5000 so it is well out of warrantee. Lunatek certainly inspired me to use their repairs services as I felt they really understood the machine and how it should work. I am very pleased with the fast and efficient way my GPX-5000 was repaired together with the Coiltek coil which required the connector to be refitted. The fact that they field tested after the repairs shows the commitment to providing a service second to none!

I recently purchased a new Minelab CTX 3030 from Lunatek Consultancy and I must say that Russ and his small team of passionate experts were a delight to deal with, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It's also handy that they are Minelabs' South Coast approved repair centre should the need arise. Would recommend Lunatek in an Instant.

I am missing the words. Thats not because i am not a native english speaker but because the service i received was truely incredibly excellent. I was a little bit worried when Minelab closed there center in Ireland but forget about it. I can only recommend Lunatek. LUNATEK FIRST! Excalibur II Barcellona

I contacted Lunatek after seeing that they were listed on the Minelab website as a repair centre for Europe I live in Barcelona I gave them a call and explained I needed to have my Excalibur II repaired due to a failed cable.
From the initial call through to receiving regular updates form there support system and even SMS i was really pleased, the machine was fixed quickly and I had a fully working machine back in 5 days, as it was under warranty and the parts labor and return postage had been covered by Minelab, my choice but I did pay for the additional Lunatek next on bench expedited service as I was going on holiday, I could even see that my machine had arrived and they had taken pictures to confirm receipt. These people know what they are doing and the service was first class, I have used others before but won't be going back and will use Lunatek in the future.

I had an issue with the handle of my GPX 5000 Russel did his upmost to ensure i had a replacement within 4 days, now that's what i call service. I found all the staff a knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If you find yourself in a fix give them a call Many thanks again Mike

Excellent service, they really went to town with me, I Bought a 17 inch coil for ctx3030 from Kellyco in Florida whilst on Holiday. Didn't have a receipt and explained to Lunatek the situation and straight away they replied with the serial number, hey presto 2 days later new 17inch coil in the post, brilliant service by 2 member of staff , cheers Dewi

Lunatek contacted me as i 'posted' a fault on the internet regarding my CTX-3030, within 4 working days, the item was posted, received at Lunatek, they fixed my fault free under warranty, field tested the machine, and coils, and sent it back. Now thats, quick service! Massive thanks to Alex Kirk for keeping me informed every step of the way and even sending me Minelab Merchandise for the inconvenience caused by the initial fault. Top Marks guys, highly recommended, quick and quality service.

Stunning operation

Sent my Faulty CTX wireless unit off to lunatek and received a replacement unit just 2 days later ! Their communication was faultless , keeping me updated on every aspect via text and email re - Item acknowledged received/ warranty status and detailed shipping and despatch progress . I would not hesitate sending Any of my detectors & equipment to them for repair if need be in future , weather in warranty or not . Thanks Russell , stunning operation !
